I would try making sure it's not dry. I marinade my chicken or cook it in some sort of liquid so it's nice and moist, for me that's the key to eating it successfully. I have a hard time if meats are all dried out.

Do you marinade the chicken over night??

I let it sit in the marinade for about 4 hours before cooking it, though overnight works too. Just be sure it's in an air tight container so you don't get bacteria.

funny, chicken is one of my fav go to meats.. Never have had a problem with it.. Just shows not all the same..

Breast meat is off my menu forever. Thigh meat I am OK with. It is much more moist and less dense than breast meat. Same with turkey.

Ive noticed chicken is one of the foods that is hard to go down when i bake it or grill it on the george foreman. Recently what ive been doing with chicken is putting it in a non stick fry pan fry it for a minutes with the seasonings on it and then add about a cup of water to it and then cover it and let the water cook off of it. So far it has worked and the chicken had been moist.

I had a bad experience with turkey and since then i havent eaten it. The embrassing part was i wasnt at my regular job facility i was somewhere else and i was over the garbage throwing up during a festival.

Yes, that would do it! Don't blame you a bit! I did something similar with doughnuts. Had to leave a high level meeting 2 times. Doughnuts just don't have the same allure.

I will not eat turkey or chicken breast. Too dry and tough to chew well enough to go down easily.

I also have problems with brisket..... and did/do love brisket !!!!

Chicken cooked in a crockpot with broths or sauces would probably work great? I'll be trying that. I don't want to give up chicken:( lol

Yep dark meat chicken cooked using moist cooking methods is usually fine.
