Funny start, it does sound like a bad joke. I had lunch with a friend who had GB surgery 10 years ago. We were discussing how to identify when you are getting full / shen to stop eating. We pretty much agreed that at the point you think "should I take another bite" ~ you are full.

^ same! I wish I had someone near me who I could go out for lunches with to get little advice like that, but anyone I do know that's had the surgery now lives states away.

Actually Alicesandra - we ordered and appetizer quesedilla and a sandwich between us. I had 3 more meals with the quesedilla and she had one more lunch out of the sandwich! the meals last alot longer! If not that plan, some restaurants give a bariatric discout or bariatric sized meal. I have a card from my doc to get the discount.
