It was fantastic today! I stepped on yhe scale and was down 13lbs since monday.. My blood pressure was the lowest it's been since I can't even remember!! My Dr. Graduated me to soft foods today and the menu was pureed chicken breast, babyfood sweet pot, and cottage cheese... Can we say Thanksgiving !!! Lol
