I'm 39 been banded for 6 months don't think I'm at green zone yet not even losing a pound a week eat right 90 0/0 of the time exercise daily was just wondering if there could b another medical reason why I can't lose weight thyroid is fine

also sometimes you can be doing all the right things, but your body will just hit a plateu for a while. it's miraculous to me for those who CONSITENTLY loose 1-2 pounds a week..cuz that surely isnt me..lol
