Boredom

What do people do to combat eating while bored? I find it challenging to not snack while reading or watching tv. Anyone got any good ideas?

I find I'm now bored when I. Watch TV because I'm not snacking. I'm now surfing when I watch tv...just to keep my hands busy. I only watch a bit of tv in the evenings when i've got my exercise out of the way. Soon I will start studying for an exam which should occupy both my mind and my hands.

You shouldn't be eating because you're bored. That's part of what got you to this point in the first place. If you can't watch TV without snacking then you should probably turn the TV off and find something else to do.

If possible get an exersice bike and ride it while u watch tv it will keep u fit and maybe solve your boardness at the same time
