Water Problem

When I drink water it gives me cramps and gas. I have to mix crystal light with it to drink it, then no problems. Anybody else experience problems with water?

Not with water. Are you sipping or gulping? If you are gulping you could be taking in lots of air with your water.

Water should not be causing you any stomach issues...are you drinking bottled water or tap water?

I keep a bottle of water with me most all of the time, and sip from it frequently. The only issue I had with water was getting on a schedule to make certain I drank enough of it.

i was drinking water so easy befor banding...after banding i hated the taste of it unless i mixed propel with it..but just this week i have noticed im enjoying just water again..so i guess we just have to listen to our bodies !!!
