What is the earliest anyone had a sip of alcohol? Not a lot, I know all about the calories. Going on a cruise in three weeks, just curious.

I am two months removed from surgery and still no fill. My doctor said that 40 pounds loss is great with little restriction. He said as long as I continue to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week, there is no need for a fill? Does that sound right?

Jump on the scale this morning and it read 298, I jump for joy. I was banded June 25th 2012 and weighed 336 the day of the surgery. Never thought I would see the 200's again. God is good!

When I drink water it gives me cramps and gas. I have to mix crystal light with it to drink it, then no problems. Anybody else experience problems with water?

I had sugar free popsicles and Orange sherbert which save my life. I bought some crab soup and just drank the broth. -
Is tuna and canned chicken okay during the mushies stage with ritz crackers if I chew well?

I was banded June 25th and was told to stay on a liquid diet for two weeks. Monday will make two weeks but would it be a problem if I hate some soft food tonight like mash potatoes? This liquid diet is killing me. Thinking two days wouldn't hurt.

Moving from liquid to the soft food stage. Any ideas on what to eat? Kind of confused on what is considered soft foods.

Are we suppose to remove the strips covering the incisions or let them stay until first post op appointment? My strips are looking very dirty and nasty.
