I agree with everyone.. Honestly though I am on day 6 and I broke down and had a grilled chicken sandwich from mcd's (ugh). No bread or anything just the chicken. I know I can't do that again.. I think I will stick with the broth to go with the shake..

I guess I assumed if it's worth cheating it was worth cheating for something good - I did mention whatever among the food choices I listed in my original post ;) since I was just guessing. I also actually cared about how she was doing so I hope she'll come back to this thread and update us.
