Aaaand that's all I can think of at the moment.. I am just curious what foods YOUR Doctor told you to stop eating with the lapband :)

    @Change704- I've lost 117 pounds in a little over 6 months, so yes definitely losing weight. And truth is, I eat a lot of carbs. My nutrionist said at least 60g of Protein, no more than 125g of carb

    Honestly, none. I can eat anything I want so long as it's not junk food, fast food, or otherwise unhealthy. I eat bread, Pasta, rice, potatoes, and tortillas regularly. I just make sure it's whole
