Hello bandies.. Anyone know a good cleanse or pill that will help me shed some extra weight and clean my system out.. Or a good Water pill from Experience ?

Surely the reason you got a band was so that you could give up this kind of dysfunctional behaviour?

If you are constipated take a fiber gummie everyday. You sound like that is not the problem . I had to do a colon cleanse for the test and it was no picnic with the band some Drs do an unfill for that procedure because laxatives and the band do not go together .

This sounds like another way to lose weight that is just dysfunctional doesn't work and the weight loss is not real and now can really screw you up. You deserve an honest answer this sounds lika an old issue that needs some work.
