Update

So I am almost 5 weeks post op and I feel really good. I'm down 28 lbs since pre-op and I did a little dance today! I have experienced my first P.B.ing yesterday and oh dear God did that suck! It happened again today but I was able to handle it better than yesterday. Really trying to avoid that at all costs. Next app is July 18th and as long as I'm still eating right and losing they said I won't have to have a fill. Some days are bad days but now that I'm back on regular diet its getting better. I really hope everyone is doing well and they are loving having this tool as much as I am!

I in the other hand am always hungry! since post op diet and 2Weeks or so i've only lost 15lbs. But I guess if I could lose 10 or 15 pounds a month I would be happy. It just today was not a good day. I wish I was motivated every day. :( I'm happy your doing so well.

Trust me I know about those bad days. When I started mushies I gained a couple of pounds and I cried the whole day so yesterday when I weighed after starting regular diet I had my eyes closed for a minute it two. The hungry feeling comes and goes just hang In there. Your on the right track already. One day at a time. Keep me posted and good luck!
