Boost made me vomit! I'm scared now to drink any protein shake! The taste and smell are absolutely awful! If I'm regurgitating before surgery, I can't imagine how it would be after surgery! What should I do for my pre op diet? I need a tasty protein shake! Has anyone tried Gatorade g3?

Krogers has them on sale right now for 1.59 per shot (tube). I wiped them clean out! lol.

Sooo what happens if you don't get the full amount of protein reuired? I'm required 100 by doc and today I only got in about 65-70ish. Is it better than nothing? I cant find a tolerable protein drink I ordered unjury strawberry sorbet today so I'll try that as soon as it comes in. My surgery is scheduled for next Thursday....
