Oooopps! Vacation Over Eater!

Help! Just got back from a great FL beach vacation and ate anything and everything I wanted. I was banded in May and have 1 fill. I don't feel restriction yet but how could I have eaten so much? Should I try to get another fill this week? How easy is it to stretch the pouch? I didn't eat as much as I would have pre-surgery but still ate a lot. I need encouragement! Thanks in advance.

Sounds like u need another fill, u can still eat a fair amount it sounds like, but try to restrict the amounts getting more fills should help this. Dont beat yourself over the nice trip u had, just learn from it and get that next fill sorted .

Cazzy is right. It took me 6 fills to finally get enough restriction to lose more fat.

Just get another fill and move forward.

I was living in hotels for a week while being evacuated for the Waldo Canyon Fire here and swore I had gained because my eating was very bad. I keep myself in the green zone, so I'm happy to say I didn't gain! Getting fills to the green zone and staying there is key for me.
