Green Zone Finally??

How tight are we supposed to be? My doc has always said I should only be able to hold 3 oz. I've always been able to hold more than that though. I've been hungry lately so I went in and had 2.5 cc's added and now I'm tight until lunch and then I can only hold 3 oz and no more. I have to wait an hour after I eat to drink anything and even then I have to drink slowly. Have I finally found my green zone? I know I am finally losing weight again. I was going up and down 7 pounds before this fill.

3oz isn't even a 1/2 cup! Wow that sounds tight to me, but we are all so different! If this works for you, GREAT!!!!!!!! Enjoy the weight loss you're experiencing!

I know that I don't have any appetite at all, but I think mine is from my preventive migraine medicine. Having said that, my band seems to loosen up around 3 or 4 PM. I can only eat around 3 oz of food at any given time, but I'm able to drink at any time I wish. I feel that I have found the green zone. I have to remind myself to eat because otherwise I wouldn't eat all day long.

I'm only 13 days post op, so I haven't had a fill yet. But I am so ready for this "Green Zone"! :) Congratulations you guys! You are all inspirations!
