Should I Be Concerned

ate some mushed chicken salad w/ff mayo and when i was done, i now feel alittle uncomfortable feeling in between my shoulder blades and i feel like something is at the back of my throat.....what happened?

i ate slow and i chewed well and took about 30 min to eat it....

should i be concerned??

what can i do??
