Inspiration...something... Anything!

It's only been one day of this horrid liquid diet. All I can have is the protine shakes (which I have to choke down) SF Popsicles and jello. I have never wanted salt so bad! How do people make it through this? Lol I feel like I'm an addict going through withdrawls, I guess thats sort of what it is. And I can't watch tv, to many food commercials! I know I can't give up! I don't want to, but man... This is hard!

Today I feel a lot better. I haven't eaten anything yet because I have that gallbladder test this morning.

I hope it all goes well for you! I am glad you are feeling better!

Boo! I have gallstones! Idk if it's going to push back my surgery date or not yet! I hope not.

I would hope not, some surgeons will perform surgeries together, and especially since they use the same surgery holes pretty much, but I would ask for sure! Good luck!

I think the headache is from caffeine withdrawal, could be sugar too. hang in there girl, the prize at the end is worth all of this!!!!

Protein shakes are a funny thing, we all have our favorite brands. I bought a small envelope single serving to start. I usually like chocolate in everything so I was surprised that vanilla & strawberry tasted so good, I use Jay Robb.
