Best Scar Cream?

Has anyone had good results with any scar cream? I have been lazy and have not started using any but I really need to! I'm also a little pessimistic thinking they really don't work. Had anyone had real results?

Mederma!!!! The stretch march cream works!!!! So good for scars too. It's the one in the teal colored plastic bottle/tube. It's expensive, like $40 or something but SO worth it

Mederma is good but you have to use it all the time. my Scar celoaded(Not sure on speeling... When scar tissue boubels ontop of skin), Keeping it out of the sun and massage cross fibering the tissue will help to break up and make a scar smaller without cream. even better with. Hope this helps

I knew someone who had major surgery (full tummy tuck & breast lift) her surgeon recommended Bio-oil and she swore by it. It cost about $11 on Walmart.com. Now, when I had my hip replaced I have about a 6 inch scar and I swore by Perlier Almond milk lotion. That ran me about $25. I think like the other poster said is to keep yourself moisturized, hydrated and smoothing it out would work.

Good luck.

PS: Here is the link to walmart with the oil: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Nailene-W-Purcellin-Oil-Bio-Oil-2-fl-oz/10317326?ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=10317326&sourceid=1500000000000007346330&veh=cse
