Ate Some Tomato Soup

and i would say 1/4 cup..........and my chest (in the breast bone area) kinda started hurting (not bad but felt uncomfortable)

did i do something wrong?

That's how I felt when i drank too much too fast. It was just uncomfortable.

you may have taken too big of a sip or took quick. It will make it hurt if you do.

Wow! I thought u were talking to me! Lol. I felt like I ate bad today too. I did good except for after supper I had a 1/2 cup of ice cream and a laughing cow cheese and 8 m&ms! I am still at 875 calories for the day but feel horribly guilty and didn't exercise for first day in 5. I wonder if people could turn anorexic (is that the one where u don't puke but don't eat) after lap band? I have been happiest this week when I burned enough calories and ate a low enough that it dropped me under 400 calories for the day. Weird how life is changed so much! I might have to walk/jog in the morning before a day at the lake!

Oops responded to wrong thread but still how I felt lol!
