I had lap band surgery on April 9th. I have lost 31 pounds. I feel like I have been a good trooper for the past 9 weeks. I had my first fill on June 6th and my second fill is scheduled for July 25th. However, my will power is fading and I am hungry. . . trying not to get frustrated. Just curious how long did lap bandster h-e-*-* last for you?

I feel your pain, my surgery was 5.22.12 and I had my first fill yesterday. I have a little restriction, however im not in the "green zone" by any means. My suggestion is to eat healthy snacks, in my office I keep apples amd oranges on my desk, I have rice cakes, yogurts, ans other low cal foods readily available, until we get to the green zone, I would just watch your calories, and load up on 0 calorie foods, like pickles, lettuce, and the snacks mentioned above. FFWD a few months and you will have restriction and be well on your way to your new you!
