I get all mine at walmart and Target. Did your surgen tell you exactly what to take? It can be bad to take Iron if you are not low on iron .........

Mine told me to use adult Centrum chewable and I take a couple other things ....

My doctor said Flintstone Chewables with Choline (look for that not all versions have it). I buy store brand at Costco for a lot less. I also take Caltrate Plus chewables (2), Vitafusion D Gummies (2), Vitafusion Fiber gummies, Iron 65 mg (from drug store), Biotin 5,000 mg (drug store). FYI I was told not to take vitamins the two weeks prior to surgery and the two weeks after.

I am allowed Centrum Chewables. I ordered O-purity mult's from Unjury but will test the centrum next. I buy chewable iron at a local vitamin store due to low iron and I have purchased a sublingual B12 and a B complex liquid from Walmart.

My surgeon required a multi and chewable calciums. I also electively take biotin.

Good morning everyone!!!

A. Three weeks before your surgery you will need to start taking an Iron supplement, a total of 325mg per day of ferrous sulfate, or 65mg of elemental iron.

B. Three weeks before your surgery you will also need to begin taking a multiple Vitamin and a B-Complex Vitamin. These can be purchased over the counter.

This is what my surgean asked me to take. I got the multivitamins chewables and Iron and the B-complex but I couldnt find the chewable kind.
