Well this morning I was banded. I'm a little sore and swollen but feeling ok so far.

Ok I still have a lot of gas. I'm not feeling it in my shoulders no more but right under my ribs and abdonimals if full. I've been walking idk wht else to do.

Gas x strips or chewable pills, heating pad, walking. Walking helped the most for me.

I do walk I been shopping and I tried to attend a meeting and it's all just sitting in my abdominal cavity. I have gas strips itobed it down from my chest I haven't tried the heating pad yet. Thanks

ok i took the milk of mag yesturday and i been up relieving myself all night. to make a long story short as of now I feel alot better I am just hungry smh

My post op appt went great. In a 10cc band my doc put in 6 cc's of saline during surgery. My surgery was June 13 and on my post op appt June 21 I have lost 8.5 lbs. so that's 24.5 lbs 20 lbs pre op and 8.5 lbs post op and my journey began march 3. God be the glory I'm so happy. Oh I start mushies next Sunday.
