Protein Shots

Has anyone tried these? They look easy to digest than chugging an entire glass full of chalky Protein shakes. Packed with 50 grams of protein per shot (3.2 ounces). I soooo want to try these...

During pre-op information, we were told not to do these. Can't remember why exactly but I think because of some nutrient issue?

Before you buy make sure it is whey isolate protein and not something else, that is what my nutritionist told me, I have tried the shots but not those you found and what I found out after I bought it and read all the fine print of the contents it was three different proteins to make up that big number and one of them was collagen protein(if I remember correctly) that is the one we don't need or shouldn't have. Also taste was pretty bad. Just try different powders, I think I tried maybe 5 different brands and when you mix it up let it sit in the fridge for a bit. I found that it makes it a little better. Just my $0.02
