Sounds like your too tight. Contact your doctor immediately, but don't eat anything for 6 hours

I'm stuck at the moment, too... Swallowed too quick and didn't chew enough... Right now I'm burping a lot. In a little while, if this doesn't go down on its own I'll make some hot tea to try and expand the band...

Was this after you ate (within 1-2 hours)? If so, take a walk to help the food go down. Next time, cut you food up into tiny bits and eat slowly.

If it's not food related, go see the doc.

I havent had a fill yet im 5 weeks out. I have never felt like this. It was almost immediately after i stood up from eating dinner almost felt like a running cramp.

You will learn to eat slower, chew more and take smaller bites.
