I have costochondritis and it has been flaring up the last few days and the best way to get rid of it is by taking motrin. Which I can't because I am only two weeks out from my surgery. Ugh. It's a frustrating feeling because it square in the middle of my chest which then makes me think it could be band related, which it's not.
Not fun.
