Nausea After Yogurt

I was banded on may 24th and I'm still on liquids but I am allowed yogurt as well. I ate some yogurt and wasnt able to finish the container then when I was finished I got nauseous. What could have caused this? Did I eat too fast I something?

It could just be the initial shock of having to re-introduce your body to these foods. Could be the dairy too. You're still pretty fresh from surgery. Take your time eating and don't rush anything. Hope you feel better soon.

Ok thanks for the help. A few hours later I had a protein shake and it also made me nauseous.
