You are only 3 weeks piat

You are only 3 weeks post op and still healing. My doctor only recommend walking for the first 6 weeks. Check with your doc before you do any exercise besides walking. I am 8 weeks post op today. On Sunday, I was finally able to walk 2 miles at a brisk pace without passing out. We can do it.

I agree- you may be doing too much too soon. I would stick to walking for another couple weeks. You could call your doc.s office and see what they reccomend.
