A Month

well its been a month and its been up and down for me,i lost 17lbs but since i started eating again ive been gaining,i know its an uphill battle ,i am tryin to be strong and get healthy.i am having the hardest time gettin motivated for exercises thoo :)

Hang in there. Those first weeks/months post op are really hard until you achieve restriction and seeing results. All you can do is take it one day at a time. On the exercise front, it's one step at a time. Try to find something that you enjoy as that makes it easier to get started.
