August :) ?

Hi all. My journey began on march 26th 2012. At 222.5lbs. 5ft tall. And 38 years young. My surgery date is set for August 15 2012. Of course that pending review board ect. But I'm on my way. I've lost 6.5 lbs so far by changing my diet and exercise. I'm trying so hard to make all the right changes especially mentally. Feeling really great about myself. Im excited to make some new friends so we can support each other. :) happy Monday!!!!
