Frustrated

My insurance BCBS of Ga.,have had my paperwork since April 16th,they keep telling me they are in pre-determination.I hope its taking this long and Im approved.Any other suggestions.

    They have up to 30 business days to approve or deny. If you have a bariatric case manager, I'd call them.
