Day 11 Post Op

So outta the 11 days post op I say I messed up about 4 of them days :( within a week I had lost 21 lbs I've gained about 5 lbs back :( but I have my head straight fo' sure I can't afford to keep slippin' up

    Good thing is you recognize your mistake, it's never too late to correct it. You can do it :)

    before getting a fill...there isnt much restriction at all, so its very easy to slip up. dont beat yourself up, u have the right attitude of getting back on track..good luck!
