Has Anyone Experienced This?

About 3 or 4 hours after I had lunch today I was laying down and all of a sudden I have this tightness in my throat like a pill was stuck. I can't figure out what it could be. I ate dinner and intentionally dank some liquid to see if I could get whatever it was up,( I cannot drink anything while I eat cause with the lapband I will throw it up) anyway, could this be from the lapband or something else?

I do not a lot. I can't lay down after eating. I think it is just the band tightening and a little reflux. Since the band is actually positioned in your chest then it seems to get touchy and make me feel like I have a lump or something. I can also feel this same thing if I get really upset.

If I have food in my stomach I find it easier to lay on my side rather than my back... I'll also do some stretching if I feel pressure...

I can't lay down after eating either. I get horrible heart burn. I have to wait at least an hour sometimes more
