  1. About 3 or 4 hours after I had lunch today I was laying down and all of a sudden I have this tightness in my throat like a pill was stuck. I can't figure out what it could be. I ate dinner and intentionally dank some liquid to see if I could get whatever it was up,( I cannot drink anything while I eat cause with the lapband I will throw it up) anyway, could this be from the lapband or something else?
  2. I totally agree with everyone. Getting the band was the best decision I have ever made. I'm three years post-op now and the weight loss has been slow, but I am ok with that. I'm 60 lbs lighter than I was three years ago!
