Surgery Yesterday!

I was banded yesterday and I'm in so much pain! I can't get this gas to move any suggestions? No desire to eat or drink just sleep and walk to move gas

    It's been three days and my chest is still fill of unmovable gas. Let me know if you find something that helps cause walking isn't working fir me.

    Walking and gas x helped me. ALOT! Don't wait for the pain to start before you walk. Just walk, it moves the gas around till it comes out.
