Swollen Port

How long should the side be swollen where the port is cuz I'm on day 9 and it's still swollen should I be scared

    Is it red or warm/hot to the touch? It takes a few weeks for swelling of the larger incisions to go down, but if it looks inflamed, hurts, or you are concerned, give your surgeon a call. We pay them big bucks to treat us, use their knowledge. :)

    This is completely normal but make it is not red or hot. As cocabean stated it takes a few weeks.
