Thirsty

I have been on the pre-op diet about 3 days and I have noticed that I am always thirsty...even though I am constantly drinking water. Anyone else have this?? I was wondering if the protein shake is causing this to happen--since I'm definately not eating anything with a high sodium content. :)

I did have this problem. I noticed that the sugar free popsicles helped quite a bit.

I will have to try the popsicles when I get home...(it's hard to bring those to work so I will be thinking about them all day)

I did notice the more water I drank the more water I craved. Not a bad thing unless you don't have bathrooms close by! I believe it is not only normal but healthy.
