    You could always do a liquid vitamin. The Vitamin Shoppe has great deals. I have adult gummies I'm taking now. When they are gone I'm going to start with my liquids I just bought from TVS.

    I take a Flintstones with iron in the AM and a Centrum Silver chewable in the PM.

    I use liquid multi by Natures Way called Alive. Taste is not the best but I swear by these, since I started taking this multi even before surgery I felt the increase in energy. Also I take a calcium gummy, don't remember the brand.
