I Can Still Eat Too Much....

I had my band on 12/21, the first fill was 2cc's and had no restriction. The second fill was 3 cc's and now I have minimal restriction. I eat well all day but I eat too much at dinner. I didn't think I would be able to eat that much without getting sick. For instance I had two small pieces of pizza tonight. I know i shouldn't have ate that much but my last meal was 6 hours before. I do not eat bread except for an occasional pizza or wrap, I drink no soda. I don't even know how much I should be able to eat. I have never been stuck. Every now and then I will eat something and lay down and when I get up I feel like someone kicked me in the stomache.

Do you weigh your protein? If not buy a digital food scale and start. I weigh out 3 oz of solid protein and eat low fat/cal. veggies until full. This is a will power diet until you get restricton. In the future if you are going to have pizza have a small salad this will help you have only 1 piece of pizza. Also make sure the pizza has protein like chicken breast. Remember protein helps you feel full.
