Today is the 1week mark....had surgery last thursday and the gas has finally let up a little bit ,gas x didnt Work for me.at all but phazine worked great and is really good going down ....STILL not allowed to eat.real food yet but the protien shakes are a real help .....just got off the scale and ive already lost 24 lbs .....man i.hope it keeps comming off ....all tis has.been possible.because.of the people on here and watching their do's and dont's....thanks everyone

As far as he pain ...its just bending down to pick something up or sudden moves other than that not much pain anymore .......as far as the gas ,most of the surgical gas is gone i believe but,,with all the protien shakes the other gas is actually very relieving at times ..but another few weeks of shakes and soon mushy foods then onto regular foods .....and MORE WIEGHT LOSS......and EXERSIZE.....cant wait to be able to firm up as well as loss weight

How soon will I be able to drive? Does anyone hv an estimation? Five days out.

I drove at 48 hours, but I stopped my pain medication at 24 hrs. It was uncomfortable behind the wheel and with so much arm movement, but tolerable

Ok, wow! Didn't think I could drive so soon. I stopped pain meds on day 3. Still moving slow, but pain has been reduced to a tolerable soreness. Thx so much. I am excited to try it today!
