Just got my sample pack of nectar Protein powder.I want to try out different protein powders prior to surgery. So how do use use nectar? Do you mix it with Water? Milk? I tried the fuzzy navel flavor with just water. It wasn't bad. I will be try the rest of the flavors over the next couple of weeks.

I got samples too and I use water.

I like the lemonade one , yes with water. I don't drink them much now, but they are a nice change from the milky ones. So I get fewer lumps , I mix the powder real good with a tiny bit of water first, then add more water and sometimes ice.

I mix the cappuccino one with skim milk and coffee over ice in the morning and it's yummy!
