Today Is Day One

Was banded at 1200 central time today in austin Texas. Anyone from the area? I have to say that tue staff at SAH rocked, the experience was great considering. Starting wt 297 down 11 just from the pre diet.

    He had us essentially doing the first two weeks of Atkins minus the vegitables. plus Vitamins
