No one has added v8 drinks on the list, are they good? Can we have them?? Helppp shopping and want to be prepared, lol

You are going to need to get as much protein into you as possible for the first month, stick to protein shakes or Slimfasts, V8's are good once you have lost 50-60% of your excess weight.

I drank low sodium V8 juice when I was on the full Fluid stage... not every day... just to add variety. I found it was a nice treat and it kept me full.

My doctor said this was ok but not everyday.
