I have a lot of phlegm after I get filled. Is there something someone can suggest to cut the phlegm? At times I can't even keep water down. Just called the doctor to get some of my filled removed. Any one have the same problem?? Need suggestions..

You did the right thing. Get some of your fill taken out. I have no idea how to cut the phlegm besides bringing it up. But if you're sliming on water, it's definitely because you're too tight.

I just had an unfill this morning for the same thing. You're probably too tight. I tried to last through the night and was miserable. I was throwing up the plegm and foam all night. I feel better now but am so sore from hurling and hiccups .
