Feeling Down

Hey everyone!! I am yet to be banded. I'm on my last month of this 6m doc supervised diet and I've been having a rough month. I was doing pretty well I lost 6 lbs last month but this month has been kinda crummy. I guess I'm just getting antsy lol..I have been having a hard time sticking to my diet and working out as much as I should...even tho it's only been 6m and I'm getting closer to having surgery I've been having discouraging feelings..I guess I'm just ready to have the surgery and get the help that I know I need...I've been trying to lose weight alone for years now and I'm just ready to finally do it....I guess I'm just having a bad week lol. I don't mean to rant just wondering if anyone else is feeling this way?

I'm sorry you're having a bummer of a week. You are human, don't beat yourself up too bad. Your life will be so wonderful after you are banded, You will have the band on your side to help you get through the tough times. You can do it!! Go get a pedicure or a massage or do something to make YOU feel good :) Hang in there!

I agree! Do something nice for yourself! Pedicure, massage, new perfume, new purse. We all have times like this it will pass and you are on your way to a new life. Hang in there!!

Cheri

Chin up, this is all a challange, rather you had to do the 3 months of psych, PT, dietary consults or the 6 month dietary follow up. We all have had our moments and thoughts that the day would never get here, but it does. I agree with the girls, go get a pedi or a manicure, feel good about yourself. Tomorrow is a new day. Get up, start refreshed and set your mind to it. You can do this, you have gotten this far :)
