Smoothie Factory

Okay, so I am heading to Smoothie Factory and was wondering what is the best protein shake? I haven't tried Smoothie King but know the Gladiator is the best so please help!!

    I had a friend (Banded) and she would go there all the time and then she started reading the nutrition and was shocked at the carbs and calories.
