Need Help With Food On The Go

Hi! I'm new here. I had lap band surgery on 4/21/11 and lost 69 lbs but gained 20 back over the past 3 months. I got a big fill yesterday and back on track but my family and I are going to San Francisco in 2 weeks and we're going to be on the go for a week. I need to make sure I'm still losing weight and eating healthy every 3 hours. Does anyone have any suggestions for good healthy "travel" food???

  • I always have cheese and little ziplocs of nuts in my purse. Good protein and keeps you full along time.

  • When I travel I keep protein bars in my bag. They usually get smushed though. I also bring envelopes of protein shakes. Trail mix travels well.

  • Oh yeah Protein bars Babybells or string cheese Lean body Protein shake Beef Jerky Corn nuts
