Too Hungry To Think!

I had a fill today, so I'm on liquids -- not clear liquids, just regular liquids. What kind of canned soups would be considered appropriate for the liquid stage. I should know this, but I'm so hungry right now I can't think ! I just feel like I need something a little more substantial than broth.

Pumpkin soup is quite filling. Cream soups that has been strained is good. I've blitzed potato and ham soup in the blender too lol. Or make yourself a shake to take the edge off.

I like all the cream soups that come in a carton/box. I love the butternut squash and the roasted red pepper...you can strain or blend any of the ones with lumps...also add a scoop of unflavored protein in there!
