I'm wondering if anyone else has any insight on this. I had surgery about 2 months ago and have lost 40 lbs. I knew that I wouldn't lose the weight in the same places I have in the past, but I'm noticing that I'm not losing much of anything in my stomach are (which is not at all normal for my usual weight loss pattern - that's usually one of the first places to shrink). I am starting to get self conscious about it because my stomach is not in its "normal" proportion with the rest of my body.
Did anyone else experience this? Does it ever balance out? I'm hoping the gym will help, but so far nothing.
