Soup And Salad

When you eat soup or salad do you follow the 1 cup rule? I just had a bowl of tomato soup with cheese and crackers and I ate 2 cups of soup and feel so bloated!!!!

Do you belong to myfitnesspal. com If not sign up for free and check out how many calories you ate just for Dinner.

You might be suprised... Could be why you feel bloated also.

With me most of the time it's soup (about a cup I guess.... I never measure) *OR* cheese and crackers. I don't eat them together. The crackers will soak up the soup and swell.

I'm not sure I'm at full fill yet.......how many fills have you had? I can't wait to start really dropping it.

Absolutely LOVE myfitnesspal.com! All of the girls at work do it- helps so much to keep track! Couldn't do this journey without it!

The crackers have gluten in them, which when soggy can form a ball in your stomach and get stuck. That's the problem with all wheat-based baked goods. We were told to have only really crunchy stuff like toast and crackers but never with liquids.

I eat a lot of soup and only eat a low cal ryvita ( crispbread ) with it, i certainly would blame the crackers and cheese !
