Good Dessert Recipes

This is a good recipe i thought i would share:

sugar free Fudge:

16 oz. Low fat cream cheese

1/2 c. Splenda

2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate , melted

1 tsp. vanilla

In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese , meltdd chocolate, splenda, and vanilla. Pour in 8 inch baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Makes 16 squares.

1 fudge square = calories: 108; fat 8g; carbohydrates 6g; protein: 5g;
