4th Lap Band Adjustment

I got my 4th fill last Wednesday, since then I've noticed that I can't eat much if anything before 1 or 2 o'clock. I can get more food down the later it gets but I am concerned because I don't want to eat and go to bed. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what do you eat before bedtime that won't destroy you on the scale?

Thanks!

That is also my concern, After my second I can only do warm liquids usually just like you until 1 or 2 pm.

Very normal. I can never eat breakfast and most days can't do much for lunch either.

Very normal, I usually have a protein drink in the mornings. Just like my wedding ring, my band is very tight in the morning and actually too loose in the evening. Not because of calories but because of heartburn I have to really work not to snack at night...its all good!

this is me everyday. i don't get truly hungry until around 1pm. i have warm tea or coffee in the morning to help the tightness, then i drink a protein shake in the mornings. afternoons i have tuna salad, or chicken salad or egg salad. sometimes i have soup, just make sure you get your proteins in. for dinner, i eat a sensible dinner, if i am hungry before bed, i have a greek yogurt.

it is normal to be tighter in the mornings.

Thank you all! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. Sometimes I have difficulty getting water down in the mornings but I will definitely try to get in the protein shakes in the morning/afternoon.

I have only had one fill and it was 2cc's. Don't feel any restriction. How many cc's before you feel it?

I am the same way. I am up at 630 am and can't eat anything until after noon. not complaining though, lol
